Over the years, she noticed the frustration of friends and business associates who had used their resumes with less than satisfactory success in their search for work.   Applying a special structure for resumes as well as what she knew about sales and target marketing, she began rewriting the resumes.   The newly crafted resumes of those friends and associates; which before produced little or no results were now producing interviews!  Knowing she was on to something, she opened her doors to clients who understand that serious careers need serious, market focused resumes.
